I don't see myself drawing those just yet  ;D Takes a good few many years to produce something as interesting as that.  ;D Certainly very interesting stuff though.

I went to the Mall for about two and half hours. I walked around by myself at first, got an iced Chai tea, and then ran into this girl from my school and her boyfriend(who USED to go here but got kicked out) and they were there with her two cousins visiting from England. Both were 18 year old girls. One of them wasn't really attractive to me and she was kind of obnoxious, but the other, whose name was Lacey, OH MY DEAR GOD.

She was so cute. So cute. So very very cute. Everything. Her hair, her face, her clothes, the way she walked. And the way she talked! Oh my god. lol

So I hung around with them for about half an hour, soaking up Lacey's cuteness, and they had to go. :(

So I was alone again. I walked around for a little while, and eventually went outside near the boats(there is a boat ride down a man-made channel to a hotel, and there are classy resturaunts surrounding the boat area). I went into a really nice seafood resturaunt, it had a good atmosphere. I went in and was seated. My waitresss asked me "just you tonight, hon?" with a sympathetic look. "Just me" I uttered. I looked around the room dejectedly. I was the only person there alone. I let out a sigh.

So anyway I ordered my food. It was good. I had a cup of jalapeño shrimp cream soup, and then main course. Which was Chicken Ponchatrain(i dont think im spelling that right). Which was a tender, boneless chicken breast served with vegetables, rice pilaf, and in a brown gravy-ish sauce that had crawfish and shrimp in it. It was excellent. But MAN, I was in a booth, and the seat across from me seemed so huge and empty. I paid for my food, 16 dollars and 64 cents after taxes. A bit pricy for one person but oh well. It was top notch. The chef even brought it out to me.

So I left the restuarant and went back to the front entrance where my mother picked me up. And I came home. Where I've been since.

I probably won't see this girl ever again. What a pity.

The only significant thing I have done today is woken up.

No, I'd have been THE MAN if i had 6 kids by 6 different women and then left the country, i'd have been a nice man, if i'd done something similar but stayed, as it stands i'm just pleased to have not killed either. The Man, is somebody who looks after kids every day of the week. I do more than most people (the ones that don't have em) but i'd struggle doing it all the time. Tough Freakin Job.

Went to a pet adopt-a-thon to look at the animals.  Benji was there, too but I missed him (or her).  There was a dog up for adoption that was born without eyes.  He was adorable, but I couldn't take him.  My house is too small and that would just be cruel.  Then I came home and worked.

Just got back from my sisters 50th Birthday Party! We had a great time. Got to see  my niece and my 2 nephews and their kids. They got my sister a mothers ring with the kids and grandkids birthstones in it. Good food and good fun!  :D

back at work after the bank holiday weekend.

My father in aw had a stroke at the weekend so my husband went down to see him and his mum.  He took James with him and I stayed at home with Elizabeth.

We went to the County Show on Sunday to stand with the Scout Association stand trying to promote Scouting to people in the area.  In the afternoon Elizabeth went to a friend's birthday party and she wanted me to stop so I ended up helping run the games.

Yesterday we went to a 'carnival' which isn't as exciting as it sounds.  More of a gala with fairground rides and sidestalls.  It was lovely and sunny when we went (we even put on sun cream) but part way through the afternoon it started to pour down!  We hid for a while in the hall of mirrors.  It stopped for a while and we went on one or two more rides.  It started to rain as we went home though.

It's raining again this morning and the radio said there might be thunder storms today so I'll mainly stay around the lab and do stuff I think.

Biking tonight.

Getting my hair done this afternoon and tonight we are going to see Chicago City Limits-a comedy troupe. We will probably go out to dinner before.

Got some friends coming down from Lincoln (NE, my hometown) to K.C. today. We're gonna see Widespread Panic at an amphitheater tonight. Never seen Widespread before (even though I've heard a lot of good things about them), should be a good time.

Working. Then a C-I-C meeting after work. Hopefully not a "YOU ALL SUCK, YOU'RE FIRED!" meeting.

Doing some experimentation at the University just north of the city today.

School, then some rest, then finish a project.

Get the 2 oldest ones off to school, take the little one to mom's house, run to the store to get containers & tablecloths for the teacher luncheon, go to the school to DO the teacher luncheon (from 10:15-2:30-ish), THEN go to a different room to do Market Day, go pick up the littlest one, come home, make dinner, clean up AFTER dinner, watch American Idol, then DIE!!!

Going to get my driver's license later.

Went to the doctor for my cough.  At first she thought it was asthma, but since it was only on one side she sent me for a chest xray.  It seems I have walking pneumonia.  I haven't been sick at all, just the cough.  Oh well, got me some Zithromax and will keep on going on with my life.

Its been a long day working on assignments and the like. Only 29 weeks until the end of the school year  :D

Was running slightly late this morning and dashed into work to sort things out for a 9.15 meeting.  By 9.25 I was getting suspicious.  Turns out the boss had meant to cancel but didn't entirely make that clear in his e-mail.

Sorting at equipment loans and returns for 2nd year students all week and last minute panics for final year students writing up their project reports.  They nearly always find some vital thing that they forgot to write down at the time so I get the panicky e-mail/phone call to sort it out.

Will be going to vote this evening after dinner.

I've got to go into City Centre to order some furniture. Hopefully I will get it done before I get to work.  ;)

Vaughn and I are going shopping later for Chris' birthday gift (his b-day is on Saturday), we are also hitting a rummage sale at a local church, going to wash my car...and possibly going to the playground.....then picking up chris...coming home...and who knows what else??

I spent 2 hours driving all over town to deliver SIX orders of flowers! They only pay $4 per delivery so I made a whopping $24...and turned right around and stuck $15 back into the gas tank :D NOT worth my time ::)
