Thanks Maria. :) We plan on relaxing tomorrow...but we also want to go out and have brunch. Only problem is, we don't know where we wanna go yet. There are some that we've tried (and liked), but we want to see if we can try something new. ;)

Well...I didn't do anything real exciting today...like I said in my earlier post, I did things around the house, like take the dog for a walk, do some laundry, and studying... I also vacuumed the interior of our '92 Toyota Camry; my mom appreciated the good job that I did. :) Then we went to church, and afterwards found a place to have dinner: Souplantation. Every time I go there, I always eat a nutritious meal and get full. ;) Then we came home; I watched a little TV, then turned on the computer to do some posting. Tomorrow we'll probably have fun, since my mom doesn't have to work at all. (She normally works Sundays through Thursdays, but we're all glad she has the day off tomorrow!) :D

I have spent a while video editing (again). I've been obsessing over this for some time (especially since the mpeg picture quality on the telly has not pleased me). These new measures take ages (2 and a half hours :() but the results are much better. :)

I may find that i just can't be arsed. It isn't imperitive and at the end of the day it's futile. I am the only one in the house that reads a lot and i'm obviously not all that interested in them if i am putting them in the attic ;D

What I am trying to do is record pop videos from VH1 Classic (without the titles in the corner of the screen), edit them onto the computer and place them in a professional menu so it looks decent. It doesn't sound like much but it's caused me loads of problems along the way.

I love 80s pop videos enough to edit them onto a DVD. Once I've worked out the parameters of what I can get away with, the rest is easy.

 I just got back from going Roller Skating for the first time in about 10 years. I was a bit wabbly at first but eventually picked it right back up..  kinda like riding a bike I guess ;)  Tonight I'm staying home and relaxing.  My show Carnival is on HBO at 9:00, and I need rest cause I had a little too much fun last night. :D

I've been having flashbacks of getting that album when I was 16! I listened to it from beginning to end, not a song I don't like on it. Excellent, as you said! If you haven't heard Out Of The Blue yet, I highly recommend it!

It's only up the road maybe a mile if that far. They used to be right around the corner which we used to walk but then they moved it on us. If we were really ambitious, we could still walk in 10 feet of snow and uphill both ways. ;) (Ok, only a few inches of snow but it is uphill both ways-no joke)

Today I had my classes and my physics lab. The lab seems to be going pretty well; much of the work in that class involves lots of math, so it's working out just fine. I also ran into some friends and chatted with them.

I meant, see them (unexpectedly). ;D Often times you never know when or where you're gonna see someone you know and/or like. Today I happened to see one girl I like come inside the food services building while I was eating lunch. I told someone at the next table to watch my stuff so I could get up and go greet her and give her a big hug. Similarly, after I was finished eating lunch, I went next door to the coffee shop and saw a friend of mine studying at a table with someone who I hadn't met before. :)

There is! I got a brochure in the letter box yesterday advertising medical imaging. It's all done with a "high speed 16-slice CT scanner which can rapidly scan any single or muliple regions of the body". It's a totally non-invasive procedure. That's what I'll be doing next time ;)
When I turned 40 my doctor gave me a referral for a colonoscopy which I promptly binned. I'll have the virtual colonoscopy now.

Even in the afternoon I was still feeling not like myself. But that has all changed since then. ;) I still need to finish my homework though.

Well....today we went to look at a house that was for sale...we are in the process of buying a home...it was really cute..wish us lots of luck!!!!!
Then .....we are going to the mall...I am going to get a nice fresh pair of Chuck Taylors (converse)...I think I will go for the pink and black ones!!!
Then....picking up my sis from work...she's coming over to our place for the evening....we'll probably rent some flicks.....and maybe I will see you all later....if not....have a lovely!!!

First I screwed up a couple of A to Zs, and word chains, Then I was taking Jake on a train ride to Worcester (east), got the tickets and boarded the wrong train, ended up in Providence(south). Stopped to have something to eat and grabbed a cold mocha, I had to quit caffeine cause it gave my heart flip flops, didn't notice the mocha was a chilled EXPRESSO mocha. drizzle drazzle druzzle drome time for this one to come home ::)

no, it isn't a brand new house...we like older houses...it's about 80 years old or so...the town that it is in has a lot of older homes, however ,the previous owner remodeled the entire inside.

It's fun. I do various odd jobs from shuffling cattle to and from different pens and scooping up pig poo too serving drinks at one of the beer stands or food in the food court this year I got to help with getting the stage set up for the Gretchen Wilson show but I think my favorite is helping the drunks get back on the bus when it's time to leave. Drunk people are very amusing when they are trying to find their way thru a maze of about 6 different bus lines all going to different locations.

It really is Bobby. I also get to see the entertainers for FREE. I forgot to mention though... the dangdest thing happened last weekend. On Friday night Alicia Keys was at the Rodeo ??? and she broke the all time record for the largest crowd at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo! Alicia Keys! I got no beef with her but it just seems odd that she would beat out George Strait (previous record holder) at the freaking Rodeo. THEN on Saturday Hillery Duff comes along and beats THAT record! Patrick is hooker and Declan has been a centre but in the off-season he's really started to fill out and is one of the biggest kids in his team so he will most probably end up in the forward pack. He's still pretty speedy. They've got trial games tomorrow so I suppose the coaches will do a bit of shuffling with positions.

First games of the season are BY FAR the most fun, because as you say you get moved around a lot and get to do different things. I played in the front for a year and enjoyed it tremendously. It's a great game to play, but keeping up with the bloody rules is a nightmare.

My husband played too and he was the same as Declan - grew into a giant practically overnight and all of a sudden was switched to the forwards. Declan is only 9 this year so it's his first season of tackle and he can't wait to get out there. I just hope the mouth guard is up to the job!!

;D They are horrible bloody things... especially when you get mushed in to the ground and they collect mud.
Round here until the age of 14 a lot of the lads have to wear basic pads under there kits, do you have such ridiculous rules as well?

My husband had to get his two front teeth capped thanks to rugby.  After winning a grand final, he got back to the change room and someone shoved a champagne bottle in his gob and knocked one of his front teeth loose and damaged another ::)  We always laugh about a friend of ours who was a terrific rugby player and singer - he lost his front teeth at a choral eisteddfod - passed out and hit the pew in front!  His mum said "and I always thought he would have lost them playing rugby"  ;D

Mate of mine called dave went on a world tour for his club, all over shop, played in Oz, NZ, in the states etc.. anywho, he did all that and didn't hurt himself at all, he tripped over in the airport at home and managed to break his wrist ;D
