I think Howard wanted him to start so that howard could take a break- maybe because one has to be on while the other is on break...

Ok I smite Pathmark and the stupid people they have over there.One of the cart guys who's supposed to start at 2pm is there with his vest on and it's 930am and my shift starts at 10 but his shift doesn't start for another 4-5 hours and he has vest on,walking in and out of the aisles,then the manager Liz comes up to him and tells him you start at 2 you can't walk up and down the aisles.So if he's bored,do something else,you might scare the customers.There can't be 2 cart guys on 1 shift unless it's snowing or raining real hard.I remember when it was payday,his day off and one time and he's there at 9am waiting for his check up until 12pm.

3) I did not post quotes from the Don't you hate it when thread.....and since there was a sister post for everyone of these posts I number should be doubled...

Or the subway!  I took the subway from Astoria to Manhattan when I visited in 2002.  It was like $4 for an all-day pass.

The subway is the best way to travel Manhattan, hands down.

not mine... I do walk but if I walk for too long it aggravates it  I have a ruptured disc so basically its bone rubbing against bone. Its very painful... I can do a mile and be sore. I can do two miles and be in pain. I can do three miles and be ready to die....

I did a 5k breast cancer walk... it was a mile from the car....about a mile around the Colosseum to the start line and then all that back...all in all I probably walked 7 or 8 miles that day... It felt good to say I did it but I was in a tremendous amount of pain afterwards....that's why I didn't do it this year.
