nope....pretty much all she has to do is drive fast thru the parking lot, ask him for a cart then after shopping she should leave trash in the cart and then ask him why there isn't a recycle bin outside.... then if she were so inclined she could light up a cigarette but then tell him that pathmark should get rid of the ashtrays because they are an eyesore and smoking is dangerous to her health!  Oh and she could tell him what a great job the maintenance guy does inside the store...that might get the biggest response!  ;D

My guess is that Pathmark neither owns nor rents the coke machine....assuming its acutally a coke machine... the grocery store I worked at had a Coke machine and a generic soda machine. The generic soda machine was filled/maintained by the store while the coke machine was filled and maintained Coca-Cola. 

If the machine howard is talking about is a store owned one then the managers would have to call because it would cost the store money so authorization would be required....however, if its a brand specific machine that company should be paying for their own maintenance.  Howard can call just as a regular citizen who is annoyed that the machine hasn't been repaired in quite some time...

You are the one complaining about the Coke machine not working.  So call the company (the number should be on the front of the machine) and tell them what the problem is.

yeah.... remember Howard the phone number is put on the front of the machine for the people who USE the machine to call not for the company that hosts the machine at their store.  All vending machines have a customer service number on them.....for the customers!

I fudge Pathmark because I was calling in for my schedule,the first time she said they didn't make it up yet so they told me to call back later,I called back and then she said I can't find the schedule so they put me on hold for 15 minutes,tell me to call again later then I do so and finally get the schedule for the first 2 days.  ::)

I can also say the same whenever some neighbors down the street are having a loud party and can't keep the noise (especially the "music") confined to the privacy of their own home.

In our old neighborhood we had too many neighbors that did that sort of thing, usually on a regular basis. It got annoying to the point where we had to call the cops.
