I know that she starred on "Will & Grace" as Karen Walker, and she always talked as if she had helium; however, that was not the way she sounded in real life.
Just like Steve Urkel from "Family Matters." Jaleel White used that voice for his character, but his normal one for the character's alter ego, Stefan Urkelle (who showed a different side of Urkel).

Bernard and the Genie (1991)
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (voice) (2004)

That is always interesting to read. I don't often notice any gaffes when I first view a movie...but after I read them and see the movie again, I try to spot the gaffe. There are different types of gaffes too.

There are also some gaffes that involve factual errors, which often includes errors in geography. Sometimes I can quickly spot those.

Too numerous to mention.
As a native of southern California, I do happen to know that there were some factual geography errors in E.T., given that Elliot's home is actually several miles away from the rest of his neighborhood scenes. (The rationale, is that Steven Speilberg wanted to use the community of Porter Ranch as the primary setting, but couldn't find a house with a good backdrop...so he traveled east to Tujunga.) Also, during the bike chase scene (near the end), Elliot and the boys ride their bikes through a then-undeveloped residential neighborhood, but when finished, in the next shot, they all end up on a tree-lined street that is fully developed! (I happen to know which street that is...and I have been down that particular segment of it hundreds of times!) There are also some lunar gaffes, too numerous to mention.
In terms of other factual gaffes in movies, there is The Wedding Singer, which is supposedly set in 1985. Julia (Drew Barrymore's character) is scheduled to marry Glen (the loser) on "August 5th, a week from Sunday", but in 1985, August 5th fell on a Monday. This brings me to another type of gaffe: anachronisms. Anytime a movie is set several years in the past, there's always the challenge of making sure that no item that came into existence after the setting of the movie, winds up in the movie. And I think I remember reading on the "goofs" section of The Wedding Singer on IMDB.com, that there were a few things from the 90's that wound up in some scenes (albeit briefly).

We plan to write out a written list to note down the stations and the station numbers.
We did that when we had Time Warner Cable. See, we had so many duplicated channels; we wrote 'em all down and asked the company why they were duplicating so many channels; their excuse was "we're eventually going to make them all digital." Plus, they were charging us more each time they "added" channels to their lineup, when they were really putting in more of the same.

That is some ripoff. I never have looked to see if some were duplicated on mine.

Yeah, so then we switched to Verizon FIOS on June 24th. It was a fiber-optic system, in which all of our household TV's required a cable box.

Nope, not yet.
Actually...we did have one minor problem. One time we could not get one of the high-definition channels to show up...but the problem was only temporary.

The closes we have to duplicte channels is when the channel is +1. That is when progamme is shown one hour later, so if you have missed the start and have not recorded it, just wait for the hour, e.g. if a programme was starting at 9pm and you missed the start, just wait for 10pm and then you can watch it complete.

One of our previous cable systems (Adelphia...until they were bought out by Time Warner) was like that; they had a Nickelodoeon and a Nick Too; Nick Too showed everything three hours later than Nickelodeon. But since 2005, they've been one in the same.

Most remote controls (for TV sets) are pretty much the same general size these days, even if it means jamming so many buttons onto one unit.

Let's see...I think we may have even more than that. Downstairs we have remote controls for (1) the TV, (2) the VCR, (3) the cable box, (4) the stereo, (5) the guest room TV, and (6) the guest room cable box. (Already there's more!) And upstairs I have two: my TV set, and my cable box. And we have another one for the ceiling fan, but that hasn't worked in ages. (But the ceiling fan itself does.) So we have a total of 9 remote controls in our household!

Worldwide ?
The Thirteen Colonies were part of what became known as British America, a name that was used by Great Britain until the Treaty of Paris (1783) recognized the independence of the original United States of America. These thirteen British colonies in North America rebelled against British rule in 1775. A provisional government was formed which proclaimed their independence, which is now celebrated as having occurred on July 4, 1776, and subsequently became the original thirteen United States of America. The colonies were founded between 1607 (Virginia), and 1733 (Georgia), although Great Britain held several other colonies in North America and the West Indies.

The Northeastern U.S. is, for whatever reason, know for the intensity of color change in the trees. People do come from all over the world to see it. I worked in a resort in New Hampshire way back when and was surprised to meet many people who said the returned every year to see the colors. Being from here I just thought that it was the same everywhere.

I had a very good friend in Chicago ... way back in 78 .. he and I went on a long trip, through Canada, then into New Hampshire. He made a point of driving me out to an area, to witness those dramatic leaf colors. It was truly gorgeous ! 8)

...and some trees' leaves change color, as depicted in the photograph above. Such trees are known as deciduous trees. If a tree's leaves stay green all the time, then it's called an evergreen. I learned this information a mighty long time ago.
