Yeah, that's exactly what it's doing here too!! maybe there's height restriction or something. I know there was one a couple years back; we couldn't use pictures that were too tall.

My animated dolphin pictures were once too big, and we had these ridiculous scroll bars we had to use in order to view the whole pictures...so back in March 2005 someone managed to get 'em shrunk down to where we could see 'em once and for all. I think there were too many people using large pictures in their sig lines that it was a bit distracting.

Dagnabit ! I'm only just clocking on to the fact you guys are experiencing probs in this regard. Read something along the lines in 'Happy Hour' ... (last 30 mins ? ) .... but figured that was just imageshack maybe temporarily playing up ?
Now ... AAGH ! maybe it's been skew-wiff for days ? ??? :-[ :o :( See, I generally leave the computer on 24 hours. Thus the cache hasn't been cleared / updated. This can screw with the presentation of the graphics .... making you see one thing, whilst others see something totally different ! So to me, that siglines been perfect last several days, since ball addition.
The '.' ... which Phil's noticed ... was added, when bizarelly / frustratingly, in its absence, I could not position the ball above his head. I added the dot as a 'work around'.
I'll restart this machine, and see if I can get to the bottom of this ! >:( :(

Damn ... what a pain ! I'm pissed off it's been like this for days ... and I had NO idea. Further, having just turned off the computer, then re-started ... well this is WEIRD. I saw what you described, Belle, for the first time ... but ONLY when I was NOT logged in. As soon as I log in ... it all 'APPEARS' the way I expect to see it .... BUT obviously not the way you guys are ACTUALLY seeing it . Could this be some software bug ? ???

Well ... I THINK I've fixed the sig line. Resized everything apart from the baby downwards.
When I'm logged in ... the ball appears to the right of his head ... but logged out ... it's virtually above. I have learnt a lesson from this. Apparently, the logged out sig line that I see .... is what you guys see.
If you update your siglines in the future, keep that in mind for yourselves !

What you're seeing IS the maroon setting. You and I are using mahogany preferences. That is NOT a 'standard' setting. I typed mahogany .... but the result was a white dot ... so, it (obviously) didn't accept (like) that !

You have merely to logout, click the 'go back one page' arrow (in firefox) ... click the refresh button .... and you will see the page with the default settings (I just did that). Prior to maroon settings, dot was black. Now ... well, it may be maroon ... but little different ... perhaps less obvious.

In some order, they are Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo, and Raphael.
I do not remember which turtle had which name, either. I do remember, however, that they wore their initials on their belt loops, but this particular picture doesn't show their whole bodies.

No What's the story about?
Plot Summary:
The story takes place during three years of the Great Depression in the fictional "tired old town" of Maycomb, Alabama. The narrator, six-year-old Scout Finch, lives with her older brother Jem and their widowed father Atticus, a middle-aged lawyer. Jem and Scout befriend a boy named Dill who visits Maycomb to stay with his aunt for the summer. The three children are terrified by, and fascinated with, their neighbor, the reclusive "Boo" Radley. The adults of Maycomb are hesitant to talk about Boo and for many years, few have seen him. The children feed each other's imaginations with rampant rumors about his grotesque appearance and his reasons for remaining hidden, and they dream of ways to get him to come out of his house. Following two summers of friendship with Dill, Scout and Jem find that someone is leaving them small gifts in a tree outside the Radley place. Several times, the mysterious Boo makes gestures of affection to the children, but, to their disappointment, never appears in person.
Atticus is assigned to defend a black man named Tom Robinson, who has been accused of raping Mayella Ewell, a young white woman. Although many of Maycomb's citizens disapprove, Atticus agrees to defend Tom to the best of his ability. Scout is subjected to other children taunting Atticus, calling him a "******-lover", and she is tempted to stand up for her father's honor by fighting, even though he has told her not to. For his part, Atticus faces a group of men intent on lynching Tom, but this danger is averted when Scout, Jem, and Dill shame the mob into dispersing by forcing them to view the situation from Atticus' and Tom's points of view.
Because Atticus does not want them to be present at Tom Robinson's trial, Scout, Jem, and Dill watch in secret from the colored balcony. Atticus establishes that the accusers – Mayella and her father, Bob Ewell, the town drunk – are lying. It also becomes clear that the friendless Mayella was making sexual advances towards Tom and that her father caught her in the act. Despite significant evidence of Tom's innocence, he is convicted. Jem's faith in justice is badly shaken, as is Atticus', when a hopeless Tom is shot and killed while trying to escape from prison.
Bob Ewell is humiliated by the trial and vows revenge. He spits in Atticus' face on the street, tries to break into the judge's house, and menaces Tom Robinson's widow. Finally, he attacks the defenseless Jem and Scout as they walk home from a Halloween pageant at their school. Jem's arm is broken in the struggle, but, amid the confusion, someone comes to their rescue. The mysterious man carries Jem home, where Scout eventually recognizes him as the reclusive Boo Radley.
Maycomb's sheriff arrives and discovers that Bob Ewell has been killed. The sheriff argues with Atticus about the prudence and ethics of holding Jem or Boo responsible. Atticus eventually accepts the sheriff's story that Ewell simply fell on his own knife. Boo asks Scout to walk him home, and after she says goodbye to him at his front door, he disappears again. While standing on the Radley porch, Scout imagines life from Boo's perspective and regrets that they never repaid him for the gifts he had given them.

I like hot stuff.
So does Donna Summer
It's a pretty good song.
I also like hot stuff when it's "pasta"...and so does a long-time parodist, apparently. :D

The one's that spring to my mind ... are 'Ring of fire'; 'Boy named Sue'; 'A thing called love'; 'Any old wind that blows'; 'I walk the line' ... and his 'swansong' (to my mind) .... 'Hurt' ...... a 'nine inch nails' song he covered.
There's also 'Folsom Prison Blues' ... although till this reply .... I'd forgotten how it went (currently playing).

That's right...he remained active in the music business for a good part of his life.
