No, not at all. I've had to do it twice in my life. What might be scary, however, is if I had to be on a jury.
I sat on a jury twice. It is no big deal-just kind of inconvenient. The biggest thing is trying to stay awake. Even the judge in one of them had trouble staying awake, he was playing with a rubber band & a pen. Oh, and the other judge is now Sen. John Cornyn from Texas.

I got the most extraordinary mail delivery today... Some stuff that was supposed to be delivered five months ago. :o
It was accompanied by a letter from mail company (TNT Post), apologizing for the delay. Apparently one of their mailmen had been slacking... I have an inkling he's out of a job as we speak.
So... I'd like to thank Tammy and Patty for their lovely Christmas cards, wonderful wishes and kind words. You really made my day! :)

Actually, I got this yesterday...my Aunt in Tennessee, that is as big a picture nut as I am, sent me several pictures of my Dad when he was a baby, and growing up, and some of me when I was a baby and toddler, along with a copy of my hospital birth picture and some other ones that I thought were lost forever. Guess what I got in the mail today...
My official B.A. diploma!!!! :D :D :D
Yes, I know it's been more than a year since I went through the graduation ceremony, and last December I officially finished my units, but there are thousands and thousands of people who graduate from CSUN every year, that it takes a while to process the entire diploma thingy for everyone. But I finally received it in the mail today. :)

For in the Uk, Royal Mail staff stage the first of two 24-hour walkouts this week, in an increasingly bitter dispute over modernisation.
The poastl strike in the UK still continues with an all out strike and there will be more on Friday next week.
