Since I don't have cable right now, I've been going through several unmarked videocassettes that I've made over the years. One this evening, I made in 2004 of the 1988 movie "All the right moves" which was filmed in nearby Johnstown, Pennsylvania starring Tom Cruise, Lea Thompson and Craig T. Nelson. Awesome movie.
Last night I found the movie "Woman in white" (also another 80s classic movie) starring Lucas Haas. Good mystery flick just in time for Halloween.

I cut school my frosh year of HS to see that film 8)
I just watched Into the Wild....its sad and seems so pointless.

but you barely notice. I got my ticket for free (for buying fame season 1& 2 DVD) but I wouldve paid to see it.
Actually, my expectations were really low so. Wasn't planning on paying for it. Bu I wouldn't have been disappointed had I paid for it

Good call.
The book is definiely better than the movie! You may enjoy the movie again after reading the book, although keep in mind that the movie was originally a low budget, indie type film. ;)

Blind Side in the theaters at 10am (didn't know it was bring your infant to the movies day ::) there were at least 40 stay at home moms in the theater all toting baby carriers and strollers...
the movie was good enough I hardly noticed all the annoying kids.... hardly ::)

A LOT!!! There are 3 series of them. We just started the 2nd series. They are all really good, too. They also have some very interesting special features. We are watching them from Netflix but when the price comes down, we are going to buy them. They are really worth having in your own personal library.

I'm pretty much a believer in starting things from the beginning anyway. I have missed many shows because I missed the pilot ep.

The Strangers. It was lame only in the fact the people made a lot of stupid choices.

Just finally watched Mama Mia - it was on HBO (it was good)..
Sad thing is, I have owned the DVD now for somewhere over 6 months, haven't opened it and watched it though.
The Broadway musical was much better, in my opinion, but that may be because I saw it first....
I laughed and that is what I needed. and I did not sleep through it - a great bonus
