I made spanish rice & some ground beef for tacos, & mixed the beef with the rice like a casserole. For breakfast today, I put some of the rice stuff on a plate, laid a couple of fried eggs on top of it & let me tell you, it was freakin good! 8)

I had authentic Vietnamese pancakes called Banh Xeo , vietnamese egg rolls, beef with snow pea pods, Egg drop soup, and Jasmine Tea . My friend Andrew and I went to a Vietnamese restaurant. Andrew is Vietnamese, so he did the ordering, and to my surprise, I liked everything. (I'm kind of picky about food..) It was an enjoyable dinner.

I should hope so! I know I have nothing to worry about since my doctor said I could go back to eating regular foods the evening of the surgery, but I'm still paranoid about doing something to it.

That's probably a good idea. When I had the operation, I waited at least three days before I could start eating perfectly normal again.

Really? It was nearly a month before I got completely back to normal. I couldn't eat solid foods at all for a week, then it was still a couple more weeks until I could eat anything(stuff like popcorn was off-limits). Also I had a bad reaction to the pain killers they gave me, I got sick and didn't eat at all for a few days and got all weak. I ended up sleeping for about 20 hours, then I was up for 50 hours straight. Then slept again another 16 hours, LOL. I was all out of wack from it. It kicked my ass, really. ;D

It was SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD. I had my usual; honey mustard chicken and bacon on white. I had to eat it with a knife and fork, but I always ate it that way, so that wasn't out of the ordinary. But it was SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD.
And the last time I said Grace before a meal......I think I was in the 8th grade. I just hoped my jaw wouldn't hurt to the point where I couldn't open my mouth to get the food in. ;D

It's really good. They don't make it on the cibatta bread anymore, which I hated because I love that bread, but the regular white bread they use is really good toasted. They put honey mustard dressing on the bottom of both slices of bread, then tomatoes/red onions/any other veggie you want, then the chicken, the swiss cheese, the bacon and then they toast it up and put lettuce on top. SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD.

sounds perfect. I've been trying to take my lunch to work and maybe buy lunch 1 day a week and next week I may have to make a Quizno's run for that 1 day I buy.

It's really good. They don't make it on the cibatta bread anymore, which I hated because I love that bread, but the regular white bread they use is really good toasted. They put honey mustard dressing on the bottom of both slices of bread, then tomatoes/red onions/any other veggie you want, then the chicken, the swiss cheese, the bacon and then they toast it up and put lettuce on top. SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD.
