DYHIW you get yourself a drink and set it on your nightstand and then you try to get some lotion out of a pump bottle but instead of going straight down, the lotion shoots straight out about 6" and lands right in your drink!!! What a waste of good rum. >:(

How about when it starts to rain and you aren't prepared? Right now, for example, some drizzling just started (hopefully it won't turn into heavy rain later on) and I don't have my coat or umbrella with me. :-[

Wow, yeah. Interesting story.
I was in chicago about 2 years ago. There was a major storm, i mean we are talking major storm, the news people said DO NOT GO OUTSIDE! etc etc etc. I went to sleep around 4 and had a nap until 6. I got up looked out the window, and i sheesh you not, you couldn't tell it had even rained.

Well...the drizzle was only temporary, because when I came out later, it was dry.

Or worse yet finding folded clothes in the dirty clothes hamper because they never bothered to put them away and the next time you made them clean their room they just threw them in with the dirty clothes. >:(

I was living by myself and mum came to visit.  She was sitting on the bed in the spare bedroom whilst I was folding clothes and decided to look through my magazine pile.  Next minute I'm practically decapitated by this porn magazine flying through the air and Mum yelling "why would you want to read filth like this?" - I swore that I had never laid eyes on the offending mag and to this day I have no idea how it got there ???

I have often wondered that.
Another cool thing to do, if you can do it, is to scrunch your eye up real tight, then kind of push youe ey up useing your eye muscles, it will trap your upper eyelid behind the skin and top of the socket, and then when you blink it makes a ever so slightly audible (to the person next to you) 'slap'

I understand how you feel Howard... but do try to make time for your friends.. don't just push them back because you have a girlfriend.. I have seen many people fall in love and forget all about their friends... then when things didn't work out in the relationship, they regretted it..

oh yes. I've experienced that with the Metrolink trains here in California. There were some cars with springy seats, but they all got reupholstered so no one has to get poked.

It is a crack in the foundation. :-\\ Our foundation is slate. Carlos told me when he first moved it, in happened all the time and he cemented up that part of the foundation and it worked-but now the cement has a crack in it. Oh well. The problem with old houses.

When I was about 8 years old, that was my solution to the problem. But as my feet got bigger, I learned that they don't make larger-sized shoes with velcro. I knew how to tie 'em and all, but eventually I had to wear shoes with laces,and by the time I was 10, I was tying every shoe I wore.

DYHW you are supposed to make an appointment to get SQQQQUUUIIIIISSSSSHHHHEEEEDDD (women know what I am talking about-and it is something I am not looking forward to) and you have the paperwork so it will be be paid for but you don't have the referral from the doctor. I spent an entire year getting out of shape(self destructive eating as a result of trauma in your life isn't good), and now I have spent nearly two years trying to get back in shape and I still have a looooooong way to go. But basically I gained over a hundred pounds in a year.

You need to spend just as much time working out as you did eating that terrible year. When I run the pounds melt off. I used to do the treadmill for 45 min. four times a week and then I do some weights. I made sure I ate breakfast and lunch and then for dinner I ate something very small.
When I first went in the Air Force and I was in Tech School, I would sit and eat a bag of Peppermint Patties during class. Then I would go to the gym in the mornings and do about 20 min of cardio and wonder why I wasn't losing the weight. Then I figured that I spent more that 20-30 minutes eating junk.
You just need a good balance. You can still eat goodies, but they should be moderated. :)

I'm pretty lucky when it comes to pimples.. I don't get many... the few I get are usually at the corner of my mouth.  And I think that was from not disinfecting my telephone at work... so many people used it... it was probably filthy/germy
