Hi Cat!
The cat who lives here usually travels with me. If hes on my lap and I have to get up, I'll just scoop him up in my arms. he's a very totable kitty.

Wait until the closing....I think we had the longest closing in history:  4 1/2 hours :o  The very first document we got was the flood survey and it had the wrong address on it so we had to wait while they checked to make sure they did the right house (and the house at the address listed is downhill from ours ::))

When we first moved downstairs (after evicting the tenants who lived there), not only did she leave a lot of crap-like a bunch of trash,  a whole stick of butter on the counter and dirty diapers, not to mention clothes, toys, furniture, jewlry, etc., there was gum stuck to EVERY FLOOR!!!!  :P  I don't know how long it took me to clean up the mess before we could actually move down. I am so glad that we took over the entire house so we don't have to deal with tenants anymore.

I did a google search to find out what you were talking about Cat.  I've never heard of tent caterpillars before.  Anyway I found this page, near the bottom it talks about ways to get rid of them if they are really being a nuisance.

I did a google search to find out what you were talking about Cat.  I've never heard of tent caterpillars before.  Anyway I found this page, near the bottom it talks about ways to get rid of them if they are really being a nuisance.

They seem to be deminishing. Like I said, Carlos has been out there almost everyday with a spray bottle of dish soap and water and it seems to be doing the trick. He has been telling EVERYONE about this solution (including writing a letter to the editor of our local paper which they haven't printed yet). The solution is cheap and enviormentally friendly but you have to keep doing it as new ones seem to find their way on our porch. But, it seems like we are winning the battle.

When your psychotic pet monkey finds a way to get out of his cage again and breaks into your schizophrenic neighbor's house and jumps up and down going "BOOGA BOOGA BOOGA, muahahahaha, OWNED!!" and throwing random household items into the toilet.  That happened last Friday.  :(

One time I experienced something similar to that. Three years ago this month, I was out front mowing our front lawn, and all of a sudden, our beatch neighbor comes out and tells me not to step all over her flowers. Excuse me, but for one thing, the flowers are very close to our property line, and it's pretty hard to avoid them. Since then, we've hired various people to come out and mow our front lawn.

By the way, she's gone now; back in March, she and her equally snooty husband moved away to a big expensive house in Simi Valley. They are around 30-ish years old, and have no kids.

yes..that really sucks when that happens....I mean, we are new to the neighborhood..and instead of them being nice and welcoming us by saying hello, etc...they make accusations in hopes to pull one over on us...pssshaw!!! >:(
