About a half hour.
My job entails me going from location to location and having to speak to a specific individual at each location, they're usually good about coming and meeting with me quickly, but this... Schmegeggie always keeps me waiting.

I'm the fella who goes around and compares the stock inventory, with the order forms and the sales receipts and finds any sort of discrepancy. It's a decent enough job so I don't mind all that much that one of my guys is a real Chuck but I wish he'd just work with me and let me shorten my day. ;D

dyhiw you have a real duh moment. I went to see a movie last night, and since my hearing is bad (especially in theaters) I usually request for the theaters headphones that make hearing the movie easier. Well I did that, it wasn't until the start of the movie that I remembered that it was all in French and since I have no freakin' idea how to speak the language, the headphones would be useless for me that time. ;D I still used them, sometimes it's nice hearing the background music anyways.

Yeah I figured you knew, I always take things too seriously and tend to overexplain things (like now) ;D
I thought that maybe you thought that I developed a jet-setting lifestyle and flew off to Paris to watch a movie last night. (yeah right.) The only thing I know how to say in French is cheese. Formage. (At least I won't starve if I get stuck there.)
did you see a matinee? I love matinees, I like getting out of a movie and it still being daylight and time to do more stuff
Didn't see a matinee this time. My hubby and I were visiting one of his friends, and they went out with a group of his friend's buddies to play a role playing game at the buddies house. So I entertained myself by going to see a movie. Usually I like matinees though since they are so cheap.

But he's not dead. The limo blow-up act,was taped on Saturday and Sunday to top the Sopranos ending so what he did was pre-tape the explosion to make it look like he actually got into the car but a mechanical leg is what you saw when he got in and a foot stuck out.
This is a storyline to get him off camera.WWE has gotten way too far in entertainment. ::)

Nothing current, but in the mid 90s, two programs I loved, Dark Skies and The Pretender both ended with cliffhangers and neither were renewed. Not that I'm bitter or anything. >:(
This year Jericho originally suffered the same fate after grassroots fan campaign, CBS gave the series a reprieve.

lol I had that happen accidently. Once a long time ago (about 20 years :o) My dad was in the hospital, and when I went to visit, apparently I had a summer dress that could pass for maternity wear. I naturally am...very "fluffy" and this well-meaning visitor asked when I was due. :\'(
.
I had that happen to me a few years back. Twice in a week! :\'(
This time was someone who knows what I weigh because I was doing his experiment and had to have my height and weight measured before hand. when he said "you need to lose a bit of weight don't you" I very nearly said " you need to learn some manners don't you?" Sort of wish I'd had the courage

Also another time, I was working at the library, and an elderly man came in and I was helping him find answers to his questions, and he said something along the lines, that I would have a very pretty face if I lost weight. Um...ok..thanks...I think. ;D
Now it doesn't bother me, I'm secure in how I look, if I disgust you, then don't look at me. ;D

UGH...I've had people make comments regarding my weight at times too. I remember one time I was friends with this girl, and her mom was very odd (putting it nicely). She had the nerve to say to her daughter, "Sarah, why don't you and your big friend go upstairs and play"...I was so appalled, I wanted to slap the beatch. >:(
I always hated hearing the phrase...."oh, that person would be so pretty, if only they were thin"....what the eff...can't people be pretty and chubby too? People make me ill.
Patty, I commend you on your very positive attitude...I wish I could be more like that. :)

Ive been chubby my whole life. Even in the Marines I had a trouble with weight. Well, by their standards. I was pretty normal for a person my height, but still constantly hounded by them. Stupid.
Now, i'm chubby again, but I go to the gym and I think just as long as Im trying, its a good start.

Oh I know. Like today, Chris had to lift him and carry him from the car to his house. Then he had to lift him and help him while he went to the bathroom. Luckily, my husband is pretty strong and burly...and his brother is very small (he's only a few inches taller than me and I am only 5'2"). It's like this though...RJ is the type of person that would do anything for anybody, and he's helped us out SO much with so many things...it's the least we can do to help him out now. It works out too that we only live about 3 miles from him, so Chris is gonna be helping out as much as he can.

As a matter of fact, it did happen a few times on my cell phone. But it happens a lot on our home phone too. For the past five years we've had Caller ID on our home phone so that we'd know who's calling before we pick up, cuz' we were getting way too many calls from telemarketers harassing us.

You start having problems getting stuff in the mail like you're supposed to?
I've had this problem for awhile, mainly with my bank statements, getting the rebate for my DSL modem(which I was supposed to get back in May, I still haven't received it) and for the first time with DVD requests from the library.
A librarian told me I'd have to go to post office to find out what's happening, this stuff was actually happening even before I got the internet. I didn't get my Nirvana bootleg through the mail back in 2005, it somehow ended in at a friend of my cousin's(my cousin had it and gave it to me afterward, turns it was mine).
