I can answer a few of those.  Full_House_Fan changed his name to Devorule for awhile but he was afraid his parents would find out he was on here (I guess they didn't approve) so he deleted his account.  He then returned for a short time, and deleted his account yet again.

NbC is around from time to time.  She was never a really active user as long as I have been here.

Rio_Rhodes changed her name to Blondie, then deleted her account.  She has recently returned as BabyStrange but I haven't seen her on much lately.  She goes through phases where she's here alot then we don't see her for months.  That's normal. :)
