Had an action packed day today! :D Went to breakfast, then the flea market to look for antiques, then, to a cool little farm market and bought some flowers to plant in the garden, then had an ice cream cone, stopped for a couple of DVD's to watch tonight, went to the grocery, came home planted my flowers, watched one of the DVD's now posting. Man, I'm tired! ;D

I did my shopping, posted a letter, watched the F A cup final football match with my friends at the pub and came back and did some posting.
I have just completed some ironing (I am seriously questioning my gender) while watching a wrestling DVD and will go to bed in a bit because it is very late.

Took the munchkin to a kids safety fair. While there, I donated blood. Sarah thought it was pretty cool to watch. Then we went grocery shopping and then home. Pretty boring, but I like it that way.

I woke up at 5:00 this morning started work at 6:00 finished at 3:00 came home napped for an hour,got up went for a Chocolate Mint Ice Rage! YUM YUM!!! Picked up Dinner ate at 5:00 and watched T.V tomorrow is my day off and then its back to work and I start all over! Sounds fun HUH!!! ??? I like working though it keeps me from being bored!!

By the way, its sort of a re-imagining of the story. Most of the same themes are still there, and many of the relationships and stuff, but there are a lot of changes and its set in modern times.

Got three exams tomorrow. One at 10:45 (ICT), then two back to back after lunch (General Studies). It's good and bad because I get to lie in until 10:20 tomorrow morning, but it's bad because the gen studies double means i'm gonna be in school until about 4:00 :( then i've got work at 6 :( :(

Last night, Me, Gurrey, Shaun, Rich, Mark - The Thieving Bastard, Andy, Emma, Jo and some other people went out drinking... but because it was a sunday everywhere closed at 1AM.... and considering we had only gone out at about 10 we weren't ready to stop.
Soooo...
We managed to find a marina and decided to steal a boat.. now i say a boat.. this was more a large barrel but it worked. We managed to paddle it out to the centre of the lake (5 of us) and continued drinking..however.. it got stuck on some line held up by Bouys, which was evidently there to stop people doing what we wanted to do. So at around 2:30 we had to swim back to this marina which was a lot of fun.
Then at about 3 this morning we all went for a Sauna, because Shaun, Rich & Mark have a Sauna.. which is excellent. I'm very tired ;D

Our road closed today for 20 days due to road construction. There are at least 4 signs telling people the road closes so many miles ahead, but do you think they actually read the signs? Since our driveway is the last place to turn around, we've been watching idiots turn around in our driveway for the last couple hours. Tony is dying to put a sign in the drive way which simply says "IDIOT"! ;D

Got woken up early by the dog Howling. I would have been pissed off, but it was so funny i just couldn't help laughing.
In about an hour or so I am gonna go out, Nick is coming up and we are gonna go downtown, I have to get new Headphones for my I.Pod, because being the idiot i am, i managed to tread on them and crush one of them under my heel.
After that.. well.. my mom claims my hair is too frizzy and not shiny enough so she wants to do something to it. I just let her, it's easier than argueing.
This evening i thought i was going to be watching the Champions League final... however we are going out to dinner with my Grandparents.. but it's fair trade i think. It will probably be one of the last times i see them before i leave.
I have just 16 days left now.. Heck that's basically 2 weeks.

Decided to go to school today, which turned out to be a darn good decision. me and my mates went to the park over lunchtime to chill out in the surprisingly warm heatwave we're having at the moment and we had a right laugh!!! ;D
But here's the good part; one of my mate's mates came round, and they were all girls! One of them said I was (clears throat) and I quote; "Short but sweet", man I have never blushed so much in all my life. She was kinda hot too! I think her name's Jenny or Jennifer (I think thats what her mates kept calling her). So, hopefully i'll be seeing our Jenny again soon ;)

At work I've got to take some photographs or some design projects the students have been working on. Yesterday I photographed a new shopping trolley design, an idea for a baby monitor which straps on your wrist and a spatula/fish slice amongst others.
I've also got to tidy up at work because the boss is showing around overseas visitors over the weekend and during next week.
My daughters dance school will have the photographer in tomorrow for group photos of everyone in their show costumes. It's a bit nerve wracking for me because I had to make part of the costume and I'm not really that good at sewing! It's also full hairdo's and make-up tomorrow so I'll be hanging round for an hour and a half to do all the costume changes.

Spring Fling. One of my best friends, her two boys, my niece and her significant other, my step-daughter and granddaughter all joined us. We checked out all the venders in the park but this year no one was selling anything that I was interested in. Last year they had a guy selling coins so that was where I spent most of my money but he wasn't there this year. :\'( So I walked home empty handed but still had $$ in my pocket. Carlos bought the year's worth of maple syrup-like he does every year at Spring Fling.
We came home, tried to fire up the grill only to find out, we were out of gas. For the last week I kept telling Carlos to check that grill and he kept saying there was plenty of gas. So, he had to run out to get more gas and THEN fired up the grill for the hotdogs and hambergers. We JUST finished eating in time to watch the parade go past our house. We usually bring our porch chairs out to the road for a better view.
After the parade, we went over to the library for their book sale. After 3, they had their "$1 bag sale"-all the books you can fit in a bag costs $1-so as usual, we loaded up. And I didn't even pay for it-Carlos handed me a dollar before I get out mine. So, I really didn't didn't spend any money today-well, I gave my step-daughter 30 cents because she only had a $20 and didn't want to break that for 30 cents. I think this was my cheapest Spring Fling ever. ;D
But, it was a GREAT day. A lot of fun as usual.

It was at first but then the sun came out and warmed things up. :D Actually, the weather was perfect. It had been cold and rainy all week and all of a sudden today, it was just gorgous. But, right after the parade was over, it looked like it was really going to come down hard. It was like it was perfect timing. But, it only sprinkled a bit but we did get some thunder but then it passed.

Had another really odd dream (this after the Chinese guys wanted to assasinate me) this one had something to do with me getting lost in Las Vegas.
In a little while Ellis, Nick, Brad and Ozzy are coming up and we are gonna go fishing down by the river near me. When i say fishing i mean Ellis, Brad & Ozzy are gonna catch something and me and Nick are gonna get drunk and jump in the river.

I get a free sports massage soon.. you know the really deep ones. They are supposedly the best kind you can get.. real deep tissue work. My Friend Kate.. her friend.. who's name i probably didn't listen to.. Is training to do it. So she needs to practise.

I know the ones you mean. I went to an oesteopath in hospital to help me with my back and shoulders - God! That woman did wonders for me . . .
Your friend can definitely practice on me. :)

Had to work today, then came home and had a cookout. Had some family and good food and fun times! :)
