The nearest golf course round here is about 1/2 mile away, they even give golfcasts on the local weather.

Broadcast networks in the US will be televising the presidential debates starting tomorrow night, as will C-SPAN, which is a cable network that has been around for a long time.
Subject: Re: Fantastic word game
Written By: coqueta83 on 09/25/08 at 11:44 pm
A cable network that has been around for a long time is HBO, which would cost extra on my cable bill if I subscribed to it every month.
Subject: Re: Fantastic word game
Written By: nally on 09/25/08 at 11:45 pm
If I subscribed to it every month, or even at all, I think it would cost way extra on my cable bill too, since it is one of them "premium" channels...so I can do without it.
Subject: Re: Fantastic word game
Written By: coqueta83 on 09/25/08 at 11:47 pm
I can do without it, too.....I'll probably never watch that channel anyway. :D
Subject: Re: Fantastic word game
Written By: nally on 09/25/08 at 11:52 pm
Anyway...for what it's worth... there are certainly LOTS more cable channels in existence now than there were 15 or 20 years ago, that's for sure.
Subject: Re: Fantastic word game
Written By: coqueta83 on 09/25/08 at 11:54 pm
Sure does, although some of them just aren't like they used to be, such as MTV.
Subject: Re: Fantastic word game
Written By: nally on 09/26/08 at 12:05 am
MTV actually lived up to its name during the 1980's, even though we didn't have cable tv then, but these days I think the "M" truly stands for something besides music. :P

When the trap was set off it would catch the mouse but whenever I played the mouse was never centered properly so the trap landed awkwardly.
