This homeless guy came to the library, where I work, and peed on three rows of biographies (the r section). Props for him getting Ronald Reagan, but still... People might read these books! The worst part? They're still on the shelves. I don't know if someone cleaned them or not, but they're there. They're there.

It's even more wrong, because I saw the dude come out of the bathroom earlier. Why didn't he just walk fifty feet back to the bathroom!?

Joshua is every one of everyone's (and especially, every male's) high school self-esteem issues made flesh, all wrapped up in one cute little bundle of WTF.  He became a meme around 2002, likely with the NPR interview.  The following link has some higher-resolution pictures, as well as some naughty words.  (And the the post at the bottom of page 3 of that thread offers a more detailed explanation.)
