I see your fudge, and your panic....  I bought the girls their Christmas concert outfits (same as Christmas picture outfits), and we never dress them in the traditional "green and red velvet and satin dress - EVER  :P  (one I cannot stand the look, alright for others, but just not me/us)...    I ordered them online before Thanksgiving, during a great sale. I never dress my kids in typical Christmas colors either.  I usually "kill two birds with one stone" and do Christmas card photos and birthday photos(daughter is Dec. and son is Jan.) at the same time and I don't want every photo I have to be red and green.

My son looked just fine, only a couple of flag t-shirts, the rest were a combo of the colors.  This wasn't as bad as the times they wanted daughter in western wear and the next year dressed as an Egyptian.

It seems like it is bound to happen, most people only have a couple of pets... We have 1 indoor cat, 1 indoor dog, 6 barn cats (all well fed, and super friendly), 1 outdoor dog (Newfie), 2 rabbits (well down to one now), 9 cows (which will have 9 calves....) - so you know I guess our odds are up...  :-\\
