I was flirting (harmlessly of course) with a young woman from a recruitment agency late last year and she was playing along. Had her laughing at my comments and generally chatting away when she put her head on my shoulder...(of course, at this point I thought I was doing pretty well even if I would never act on my efforts)...anyway she looks at me sweetly and said....I wish you were MY father!!!
I left shortly afterwards feeling older than when I entered..... :o :\'( 8-P ;D

Well, even when I was 24 ... 24 and there's so much more (Neil Young .... well, he WAS) ... even then, I was starting to age myself in advance. However, even though they say 'age is just a number' .... I think most 18 -30 year olds look at 40 as old (as did I when in that group). So, no matter what you try to tell yourself, if you want a younger woman .... you can't help feeling a little bit over the hill / that you probably won't fit in with her group ?

Not one particular accident or event, just wear and tear over a period of several years.
If you dropped a hammer on your foot, at that point of time, you would know about it.

I sometimes do, but I usually save my mustard for hamburgers or hotdogs. Sometimes if I'm eating a sandwich with processed lunch meat (:P), I'll be inclined to use mustard to make it taste better.

I only just reread this. I thought it said "pies" ...it's peas...and I totally get it. I never chew peas...always swallow them whole (like gravy to assist). Might have to try the honey trick.

Well Karen, Bees make the honey.
"The honey bee that fetch the nectar
From the flowers to the comb
Never tire of ever buzzing to and fro
Because they take a little nip
From ev'ry flower that they sip
And hence (And hence),
They find (They find)
Their task is not a grind."
