Think so? I didn't think the Go Anywhere thread was talk about anything...and the MC Hammer thread. I thought it just evolved like that.
Well, you got another one...one that's specific. (talk about anything). You don't like it, take it up with CG :(

There are a few other repetitive songs out there that I kinda like and/or have a guilty pleasure for. Such as...
"Big Me" by Foo Fighters
"Sweet Dreams (are made of this)" by Eurythmics
and a few others which I'll probably think of later.

Aha! I think I know why they're not showing up well.
You might have carriage returns (you know, the result of hitting the 'return' key to start a new line) between the links. What you need to do is eliminate the carriage returns and the pics should all be on one line. IOW, place them all next to each other.
Like this:
(img)http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/7815/humorcd7.gif(/img)(img)http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/9196/copyofmaxinetj1.png(/img)(img)http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/9026/greyestearzh9.gif(/img)
(But be sure to replace the parentheses with the appropraite square brackets! And please note that if something above wraps around to another line, do NOT hit the return key, or it will not work.)

Sometimes if you post the URLs of the images (surrounded by img /img tags) into a post, it'll auto-adjust them with "height" and "width" attributes, with the arguments being the number of pixels.

Paul McCartney - British
Jesse McCartney - American
Edit: and they are not related to each other.

Your reply was a good one. However, some time after, I concocted what I thought was a more step by step / line by line kind of explanation. Took me a while to get it all nice. In that time, Pat replied, and I got the dreaded 'you may wish to review your post' message. She had 'cracked it'. I persisted, as I thought my technique was fairly worth explaining, but when I went to post it all ..... it would come out fine one moment .... then failing the next ... even though a painstakingly thorough examination could find NO error in the final link. Indeed, I could copy and paste it back in at other times, and it would work.
Ultimately, I deleted the post .... as the system somehow just seemed determined to thwart my dogged efforts. Still, I obviously know how to do it .....

One of my best was by the Rolling Stones, I believe, and I even forgot the song, but it was catchy. That night, I dreamed of a parody to the two verses in the middle, got up and checked it. It rhymed and paced perfectly, so I wrote from the inside of the parody to the outside. It was about a belly dancer (can't help what words I dream ) and it was a big hit!!
It was by Aerosmith and best listened to on youtube.

Do you have insulated overalls? I have worked outside many, many years and won't leave the house for work in winter without them, and always, always wear a hat. You won't believe how toasty -10 can be

Comfy boots and toasty toes, don't leave home without them in. They say six hours, but they last all day if you are moving about.

I wear a heavy coat and a heavy sweater with a T-Shirt and a button down shirt and I sweat a lot out there during the winter. :P

Sweating isn't good. Then when you stop moving the sweat ends up chilling you. Wear a white cotton t-shirt against your skin, then a thermal shirt the wicks the moisture away from your body, and then a wool sweater. Wet wool will still keep you warm, man made fibers won't ;)

Of course not. It's a highly unpleasant sensation. Anytime I have one, I often feel like doing nothing; it just knocks me out.

Well, you can expect me to reveal all ::) ... well my insights / knowledge ?
It's obviously aimed at Hitler. For some people, Nazism / that era is synonymous with the German race as a whole . In other words .... the entire German race were bad guys. Germany lost, the Allies (USA, UK etc; ... won !)
The Germans might argue (not totally without justification ? ) :-[ that the UK had achieved very little since 'winning' the war .... so .... they LOVE to harp on about this ! When I say little .... well, we beat Germany in the 1966 World Cup .... but .... not a great deal to crow about after that ..... :-[
The German economy boomed .... England was in the doldrums for many years ....
So .... that episode ... probably was embarrassing in the sense that the UK still seemed to be harping on about 'winning the war' ... (albeit with a 'slight' assist from the good ol' US of A ;) ). Cleese says "Well ....... YOU started it" (referring to the war). He probably represents the English man who wants to reflect on 'old glories' ? :-\\
Interestingly, :-\\ even as late as 1996 ....... a lot of the UK tabloids .... were still depicting their clash in the Euro 96 soccer competition as a clash of the old enemy ..... with the likes of local soccer heroes ... Stuart Pearce .... and Paul Gascoine (tell me if I'm wrong, Phil) ... depicted on the newspaper's front page .... wearing helmets of soldiers who might've appeared in the trenches of World War 1 !
I found the picture comical /amusing .... but other's might not have ? For the record, Germany had the last laugh, beating England in that encounter !
;D
