a friend at work told ne he'd heard of a site that had a cam set up like this, only it also had a high powered rifle and you could pay like $700 to remotely shoot and kill a deer or other beast of the field.   Ain't that America  8)

Good movie.  I love the scenic Pennsylvania countryside and the Pittsburgh church they used in it.  Also loved the wedding and reception.

those were excellent parts of the film, and the reception was so late 60s'ish , they captured that era pretty well. One of my favorite films

Here's a funny Raccoon story ... many many years ago, I was with my folks driving home at night through the country when as we get to a stop sign, we see 4 Raccoons all clinging to a tall wooden pole.  They looked at us as the headlights shone at them, then my dad honked the horn and they all took off into the grass ;D

There is notice on the page that the powers that be are shutting down the deer cam for the rest of the winter (Summer in Southern Hemisphere).  They are moving it to another "undisclosed location" at the end of the month (although currently it says that there is no signal for the cam right now, so perhaps the end of the month came sooner then expected.)  Perhaps New Jersey deers filed a "no stalking" protection order?  ;D

I saw some squirrels in some trees when I was out and about today (interestingly enough, the neighborhood (in Pittsburgh) that I was in was called "Squirrel Hill" (Go figure!)  Anyway, I tried, but could not get them on camera, so perhaps I will try to photograph random wildlife to appease us until the Deer Cam comes back online.  :P
