Well...once again I came up empty in both regards.
111834 \ 10 gives 11183, which does not exist as a zipcode.
111834 mod 100000 gives 11834, which doesn't exist as a zipcode either.

That's perfectly fine. After all, you and I both have six-digit post counts. Knocking off the first or last digit means the same thing as truncating, anyways.
And like I've said in the past, I don't think there exist any zipcodes that end in 00.

Let's see, with 141707 posts, and truncating either the first or last digit, here's what comes up...
Removing the last digit gives 14170, which corresponds to West Falls, NY.
Removing the first digit gives 41707, which does not correspond to any existing zipcode. But if it did, it would be somewhere in Kentucky.

You can do Australian postcodes with the Karma, so 4014 will put me in Banyo, Queensland

Removing the last digit gives 29527, which gives me Conway, SC (Southern Carolina ?)
Removing the first digit gives 95274, which does not register either.
