2 bills (electric and gas) but thankfully they are pretty cheap this month.  Only the cable bill is horrid this month!  ::)  Also got a couple booklet for various restaurants and home repair contractors.  Don't need them, I live in an apartment.  The usual junkmail circulars that advertise what's on sale at stores I don't go to.  I feel bad because some tree gave it's life for me to throw away all the junk that was printed on it.  I wish I could get on a list somewhere to stop it all from coming.  Oh well.

I've been putting all my Christmas card arrivals in the other thread, so I won't duplicate here.  Today I got the phone bill, most of the mail was college stuff for Micah.  Cedar Crest is making its way back up her short list now that she knows they have a Genetics Engineering Club and Forensic Science Student Club.  Plus they are waiving the application fee for her.

Three bills.  My gas bill tripled (yeah, it is cold here now)....I saw the amount, the thermostat immediately went down.

3 Christmas cards, 2 were from inthe00s members and one was from Diane's Aunt with a gift inside, a check for a hundred bucks  :o  That's a good Aunt.  she used to send us a See's candy gift cert. and then she started giving checks, last year was $75 I think and this year she really got generous. and in the mail there were a couple of credit card offers.

UFCW Newsletter.

Yesterday I got two Christmas cards in the mail: one from a family member (my great-aunt) and someone from this site (Amy/"statsqueen").

Today I got 2 Christmas cards, one from Jeff (nally)--my thank you is in the other thread and one from an old boyfriend's sister (we've kept in touch over the last few years).

I got a card from Wayne (Hawk The Slayer) today, and another one from a close personal friend of mine. :)

About 12 bottles of insulin from my insurance company.  :o  That will keep me supplied...oh...about...3 months or longer.  It was interesting how they sent it. A styrofoam cooler inside a cardboard shipping box.  Inside the cooler was a non-toxic "dry ice" type chiller pack and my 12 boxes of insulin.  It was overnight shipped from Georgia.  I have to find room for it in my fridge.  I'm not entirely sure why they sent me all the bottles at once, but that will work.

This is true and I've traveled every bit of that from Laredo to southern Minnesota.  Only place where there is a 35E & a 35W is where it splits 50 miles south and 50 miles north of Dallas/Ft Worth.  There is about 100 miles of that interstate that services both cities as two seperate highways.  :-X

Today's mail brought me a Sports Illustrated renewal card - which I am ignoring, the electric bill and junk mail. However, UPS did deliver my hubby's Jordan's that I got for him for Christmas!! He will be so excited when he gets home!

Tons of junk, stuff from my insurance company, Micah got something from Loyola, and I got 2 Christmas cards from my aunt & uncle in Arizona (I think she forgot that she already mailed me one).  :)

I got a couple of coupons from Duraflame good for 2 cases of logs, 6 per case. I sent them an email to tell them we had some serious problems with the last logs we bought. Every time I lit one in the fireplace it would drip wax and became very unsafe as the fire got too hot. so they offered me restitution which was the right thing to do, and they offered me a fre fireplace grate and asked that I ship the bad logs back so they can inspect them, at no cost to me. that's good service. :)
I saw a few bills and a couple of catalogs and a booklet of coupons for discounts at Costco.

A couple of books I ordered-actually, they are more for Carlos and he grabbed them and started reading. (About alternative medicine.)

I got a bill this morning.  >:(  I thought another day without any of my packages. And then the letter carrier came by with 5 of the 6 packages-including an autographed book from our very own Chucky.  ;D  I'm sure she hates me making her carry all those packages-and most of it were books.

Yes...it's time to fill in some forms again. Not a big deal, really...have to be done by April 1.
I don't mind doing this, since I always get a refund. :)

I don't think this has ever lead to any misunderstandings - and anyway, the forms have to be in by March 31 (latest), not April 1. It is possible to ask for a delay, though (usually granted).

A gas bill. We are £108.93 in creidt!?! I knew we were paying too much but they wouldn't accept it. SIGH. They have adjusted our payments and in the summer we should get a nice lump sum back.  :)

On Saturday, there was a magazine in our mailbox, but it was addressed to our next-door neighbors. I hate it when mail gets delivered to the wrong mailbox!

So we delivered it to our neighbors when they were home yesterday.
