a 1983 movie called "Nightmares", it's four mini-stories rolled up into one movie.  One segment stars Emilio Estevez and Moon Unit Zappa in an arcade, that's worth watching it there.  ;D

The Olympics. More specifically, the first segment of the two-man bobsleds. First a team from Switzerland raced, then a pair of Russians (who tied the Swiss at 55.54 seconds), then a German duo (who ran the fastest time before the commercial break), and a couple guys from Canada.

Last thing I saw on tv today was the second semi final in the men's Olympic hockey tournament between Finland and Russia. I'm not a great fan of hockey, so I only saw the first two periods. At that point, Finland was leading 3 to 0.

The episode of "Friends" where Ross tries to list all 50 states before he can have Thanksgiving dinner. In addition, the rest of the gang tries to keep Chandler from seeing a dog which the others have smuggled into the apartment. I've seen that one many times, but my dad likes to watch the show, and this particular episode must be one of his favorites. (It was on between 6:30 and 7, when we were fixing dinner.)

Anyway, I haven't watched any TV today as of yet, but the last thing I watched was an episode of "Friends" last night. It's the one where, at the end, the gang watches a video of Ross, Monica, and Rachel preparing for the prom. Ross practices music on a small electric keyboard, but his dad suggests that he get dressed up and take Rachel out. By the time he gets his tux on, Rachel already starts leaving with her date. So in the apartment, after everyone sees this, Rachel goes over to Ross (who at first didn't want to watch the tape) and gives him a hug and kiss. I've seen this one about half a dozen times.

Last night I watched The Apprentice and then the follow up on BBC3 whatever that's called.

Haven't watched any TV since I got up this morning. However, I did watch "Rush Hour" on TBS, which ended just after 1:00 this morning. I also watched Conan O'Brien on NBC; he was chatting with comedian Steve Harvey.

I watched the Leno monologue (as I have for almost every night the past decade, lol), missed Conan though, I was on the computer. Tonight it will be SNL as usual.

I almost never stay up late enough to watch Conan; often times I have to get up early the next morning. But on Fridays I like to stay up late. Often times when I watch him, it's usually for just his monologue, and then when he talks at his desk.

Well, over the past couple months, I've developed a little Friday late-night/Saturday early-morning routine that involves watching TV from 11PM to whenever (usually between 12:30 and 1AM). It's usually on those nights when I stay awake to see the Tonight Show. The rest of the week, I gotta get up early the next morning.

Haven't watched anything since "Price Is Right" ended 10 hours ago. I knew that the guy who bid $26,000 on his showcase was gonna be way over. Thank goodness the other contestant won her showcase. I hate when they both overbid, cause then neither contestant wins his or her showcase, and that's no fun!

I watched Deal or No Deal, one guy turned down $76,000 and he ended up with a whole $8 bucks, that's what happens when you get too greedy, I really hope he enjoys his $8 bucks. The next lady turned down $38,000 and she got $50 bucks. I was laughing like crazy at how stupid some people are.

Here's the rules from the website:

Each night, the game of odds and chance unfolds when a contestant is confronted with 26 sealed briefcases full of varying amounts of cash -- ranging from a measly penny to $1 million dollars. Without knowing the amount in each briefcase, the contestant picks one -- his to keep, if he chooses, until its unsealing at game's end.

The risk element of the game kicks in when the player must then instinctively eliminate the remaining 25 cases - which are opened and the amount of cash inside revealed. The pressure mounts as in each round, after a pre-determined number of cases are opened, the participant is tempted by a mysterious entity known only as "The Bank" to accept an offer of cash in exchange for what might be contained in the contestant's chosen briefcase - prompting Mandel to ask the all-important question - Deal or No Deal?

As each case is opened, the likelihood of the player having a valuable cash amount in his or her own case decreases or increases. Viewers will see if truly, fortune favors the bold. The contestant knows that as long as the larger cash prizes haven't been opened, the Bank's deals will only get higher. And if the torn contestant accidentally opens a case with a bigger cash value -- The Bank's offer could suddenly vaporize. ?

Some of those were pretty stupid (not funny at all), but there were some that I could not watch without LMAO! :D :D I especially like the game show flubs. In fact, in the last set, they showed a clip of Ken Jennings on "Jeopardy" saying something that sounded rather naughty.. :o :o
