Just wondering... has anybody here ever tried cocktails called 'zombie'; 'navy grog'; or 'scorpion'?  From what I remember, all of these are rum based drinks, often combining several different types of rum with fruit juices, and other exotic flavorings,  and are often warmed. They taste great/fantastic, are quite potent, and will soon have you singing 'radio ga ga' or something else equally unintelligible. I used to drink these back in the 70's at the London Hilton's 'Trader Vic's' restaurant. They were served in strange looking mugs ('head hunter's mugs' etc; i.e. with an Easter Island looking face, or something of that ilk ... ).

Anyhow, anyone here a fan of any of these?

P.S. I normally drink (stick to) red wine and beer, but could easily convert to these if they were more affordable/ more readily available, at the same quality. Yum! 8)
