Oh its an outright weird movie.  One of the weirdest Ive ever seen (and I unfortunatly say, that was the first time I ever watched it)..but you have to expect weird when the names Terry Gillium and Hunter S Thompson are all over it.  I liked the movie, but mostly for its writting, its direction and Johnny Depps near perfect comic portrayal of Thompson (or as he used in the book/movie, his alter-ego, Raul Duke)

Really?  After seeing the movie, I was gonna go get the book at the library and I understand the same author has a couple of other books.  I think The Wedding and The Bend in the Road are the names of them.

Spongebob Squarepants and I loved it

"Saw."  I don't care for that type of film and normally wouldn't have watched it, but hubby wanted to see it and I wanted to snuggle up with him on the couch and nip out of his popcorn.  Anyway, there's a whopping HUGE plot hole at the end, so I'm really glad we didn't pay to see it in a theatre.

I thought the book made Mills & Boons look like literary masterpieces.  A friend lent me the book together with a box of tissues to mop up my tears!  More like to mop up the sick - it was so sugary sweet.

Hrmm...the last movie I saw must have been Flatliners. I thought it was terrible, but I watched it the whole way through because I have a heterosexual man-crush on am a big fan of Keifer Sutherland. Keifer made it bearable, but he couldn't save it.

  The other day I watched the movie "Saw".  It was the freakiest movie I've ever seen.  I have never seen anything like it.  If you are a horror movie fan, or like to be on the edge of your seat with your nerves on end, I highly recomend it.  You won't be disappointed...I promise.

I totally agree with you, the sequel was way too preachy. The fact that they ALL had guns this time around made it boring. It looked like a B-class war flick.

I just saw "The Incredibles" yesterday at my parents' house. I thought it was so cool that I had a huge grin the whole time I was watching it. (I thought there was a cool James Bond element to it.) I liked it so much I went out and bought the DVD today.

I saw a double bill of the Amityville Horror remake and Sin City last night at a drive-in (1st time I'd been to a drive-in in 15 years, it was cool). I didn't think much of the Amityville Horror but Sin City was a trip! (Mickey Rourke was great.)

black adder is amazing. rowan atkinson plays the most conniving, selfish, mean little englishman you'll ever see.
