Windy!  :D

Cold and clear.  The storm yesterday cleaned out our air nicely.  Now we are expecting a bigger storm tomorrow.

Chilly-38,suppose to get to 50 today then get really windy and temps drop into the 20's tonight,they are telling us there maybe power outages, tonight & tomorrow.

Tonight:
Cloudy with further outbreaks of rain at first, but becoming drier with clear spells later allowing a slight frost to develop in places.

The temperature just dropped nine degrees in 10 minutes. I guess that massive cold front is slamming into us now.

So at 4:30, it was 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Now it's 6 degrees, with a wind chill of -7. The snow is flying like crazy outside, and I can barely see down the street. It is NUTS.

Currently 19 degrees outside. We're under a winter storm warning. They're expecting 5-7 inches of snow by tomorrow night. It's snowing right now, and there's about an inch of snow on the ground.

Some rain is expected this weekend...but other than that, it's supposed to be quite nice the next few days.

Apart from a few mainly light showers the evening and night will be dry with well broken cloud. Quite cold with a fresh westerly wind increasing to strong at times.

Dry and mostly sunny at first, perhaps a few isolated snow showers spreading from the north later. Feeling bitterly cold in the strong northwesterly winds.

Southeastern Ontario is getting hit with a jumbo snow storm.  We got hit major this morning, but the snow seems to have stopped.  The roads are terrible though :(

Kids had snow days Tuesday & Wednesday.  Even Ferris decided to close on Wednesday!  They haven't closed (for the whole day) since the 70s!!!  Unfortunately, I didn't get the notice about everything delayed til noon (the first decision) until I was already at work.  I left about 10, after word came that they were sending non-essential personnel home (those who braved it) and telling the others to stay home.  Let's hear it for being non-essential!!!  ;D  It took me longer to get into my car than to get to work because the doors & trunk were frozen shut.

Today we've gotten probably 4-5 inches between what fell last night and what is falling now.  The wind has thankfully died down (it was blowing crazy hard Tuesday night).  Right now it is 27 F and we are under yet another winter storm warning/watch/advisory.

I can't wait for Spring.

Nasty, nasty-snow, sleet, freezing rain. The guy who is doing our bathroom stayed home so we will be "inconvenienced" until Monday. I would rather have to either go to the second floor or the basement to pee in the middle of the night than for him to risk being out on these roads right now. They are telling everyone to stay home-but I see a lot of cars on the road right now.

It was cold/rainy/icy earlier today. Vaughn had a 2 hour delay, but some of the schools were cancelled. When I walked him to the bus stop, the ice had melted, but it was still very cold, VERY windy and rainy, infact, one of the mothers at the bus stop had her umbrella go inside out and it broke. :D  Later, it's supposed to snow.
