In all seriousness tho Cat... I was, as I usually do, thinking about what I wanted to do if i won the lotto (a huge jackpot) and one of the things I thought would be fun would be to rent out a cruise ship.


People always want to get me to go on a cruise but I see know fun in being stuck at sea with about 1200 people I don't know...the ships are just too damn crowded for me...

but I thought how fun would it be to have a ship filled with people I know or at least with people who know people I know...

ie....  inviting you and carlos and all the family (sisters, kids, grand kids) etc... do something like that for all my good friends...


but then I thought... if I give 1200 (give or take) people a free cruise can I include a stipulation that reads no bare feet or flip flops allowed and water shoes must be worn in the pool at all times cuz I think I'd freak out in a massive way if I was subjected to all those people with bare feet and I had no where to go...  :-\\

I've known this friend for almost 18 years and he's lost both his Mother in 1996 And Father a few weeks ago and I lost my Brother in 1995 but I don't rub it in by saying "At least you have a brother I don't".

Howard, if he just lost his father the loss is still fresh and hurts.  Maybe you should cut him some slack...let him mourn.  Let him be mad that his parents are gone.

True; when we first had internet at home, it was dial-up. So whenever we went online back then, it would tie up our phone line and no one could call us, except on the cell phones.

Depends on where you are. In San Francisco it's hard because they're really crowded. In la some of them you have to pay. In Stockton or salinas they're not as crowded but you might get shot  :D
