.....your freakin' cats will NOT leave the tree alone! >:( Kit-Kat already knocked over a bag of bulbs and broke 1/2 of them!!! I locked them in the basement for awhile and now they are back up...and they keep pacing back and forth near the tree!!! :(

A woman on the bus argued with the bus driver because her daughter's bus pass wasn't working and she needed extra change so she said that she wanted to punch him out and say that you all should've stayed on strike! >:( ::)

... you buy a brand new CD only to find out it's all scratched up like it had been used 100 times over. It was a Special Edition 2-Disc CD .. the store only had 1 copy, and of course they don't give refunds for already opened merchandise, so they told me they would order another one in, and that I would have to wait the few weeks until it came in. I told them no, so I had to settle for the original edition of the CD. It's not so bad, but i was really looking forward to the 2-disc set :\'(

yes, I agree. I mean, I can see them wanting to not have people steal stuff...but there are other ways of doing so....for example, we have a store near us that puts out 1 empty case of the game...and then they keep sealed new ones behind the counter...that would be a better way of doing it! ;)
Another good way would be like how Wal-Mart does it by keeping all of the games behind a locked glass case

It's really weird to get all the family get together e-mails when you know you can't be there. Well actually, I could go there for Christmas, but I want to decorate my own house and have a tree and such. I guess you can't really have both.

DYHW you try to download updates to spybot and the downloads are halfway done but it doesn't seem to be downloading. I have been downloading for the past hour or so. >:( >:( >:(

To be honest, that's why I don't have cats anymore, then I got a dog that digs in the dirt to hide his bones from the other dogs! I have over a hundred houseplants so you can imagine the mess!
When it was just me and the cats, I didn't have any plants. But my husband likes plants and he takes care of them. We try to keep them away from the cats but Hubby is wonderful with plants that the spider plants get really big and hang down-just the right height for the cat to have a nibble. >:(

DYHIW you call someone and they don't answer because they don't recognize the number on their Caller ID and think you're a telemarketer? all kidding aside, if it were someone you knew, they'd leave a message. I've started to handle those calls differently. I do answer, then I immediately hang up. It may not stop them, but I feel better about it. It's a control thing

Our neighbours decided a couple of years back to get their son a boxing punch-baggy thing that hangs on the wall.... and the b*stard hung it on the wall directly on the other side of my room.... seriously, he was hitting it so hard, it sounded like they were tearing a wall down or something
I think it broke a while back... either that or he's bored of it. Nowadays he has his music turned up to window-shattering volumes, so that the people on the other side of the estate can hear it ::)

I feel so bad for you!!! I know of which you speak. The folks on the other side of my house leave dog poop out all the time and play music late in their outdoor speakers right under my bedroom window.
If only there were a way to tell them without making them hate you, right?

DYHW you go to the Post Office for a money order and their stupid machine wasn't working right. They can't take credit cards and they can't take checks for money orders-only a debit card which doesn't make any sense to me since it comes right out of my checking account. :-\\
But, I have to admit-the guy was trying his best. He knows that it was the machine's fault, not mine. He had to switch to the other machine and that one worked.

DYHIW: you fall asleep by accident leaving your puppy unattended and then wake up to find "carnage". Last night my dog Jeffrey took a potted plant to the sofa and chewed it up, pot, dirt and foliage. It took me longer to clean up the mess than it did to have the nap. I think I'll have to have the sofa professionally cleaned as well.

My other, older dogs have their own places to sleep also, Jeffrey is too psycho to leave unattended. He gets caught up in his own world and the next thing he knows he's chewing the wall or the carpet or my shoes. He can't help it, and he feels terrible when it happens so we just keep an eye on him and bring him back to reality when he gets all dreamy.

My husband sheds almost as much as Jeffrey so it doens't bother me. Also I grew up with dogs and believing that they will keep the boogeymens and ghosts away so I am very comforted still when sleeping with a dog. My Collie is absolutley NOT allowed on any furniture, she's the biggest so it's important to keep her submissive and her fur is a nightmare!

Oh, CDs, DVDs & video games are the WORST!!! It took me about 5 minutes to open one of my sons' video games over Christmas because of the stinkin' tape all over it >:(

OMG :o You should try getting into some of the kids' toys....I think getting into Fort Knox would be easier than trying to figure out how they've got them attached to the packaging ::) On one Nerf gun that one of the boys got for Christmas there were 10 of those plastic tie thingies.....on a gun that cost about $10...
Barbies are just as bad. Insane to put so much plastic holding the dang doll to the box when the doll only costs $6.

Don't you hate it when you download music, and then when you open your media player, the listings are all screwed up?? The artist and titles are in the wrong columns and sometimes the album name is where the artist is supposed to be, the titles are flat out wrong, and then you have to go back and fix them all??

Ah - the secret? Use a curl pumping mousse, use lots. I like Bedhead by Tigi. Then, use a curl creme or lotion and only smooth over the top layer of your hair. Less crunchy, Less Frizz, more curls. I have to alternate style products the same as I do shampoo and conditioner. I LOVE Pantene & alternate with good salon shampoo & conditioner. Cheaper that way. Hate Redken. Well my hair hates in anyway. So try that and let me know? :)

Mine is the opposite. Straight on top, curly down below. I will say though that straightening your hair ruins your curl. It's not something you can do back and forth. Well, maybe some people can but I can't. When I straightened my hair, my curly days (when I didn't have time) were no where near as fabulous as they are now.

Kim...have you ever tried "Back To Basics"? My hair stylist used to use this on my hair and it was very light and airy. They have all sorts of products (for curly hair, for straightening your hair, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) Here's the website...if you wanna take a look.

cool! yes, their products are really great. I think you have to get them through a beauty shop (or maybe a Sally distributor would carry them)...but on the website they give you an option to do a search for a beauty shop around you that carries the products.

There are some songs that just have to be CRANKED!!! I hate when I am listening to one of those and hubby says to turn it down. It's not like I listen to ALL my music cranked-just certain songs. But the good thing is-there are some songs that he will say, "Turn it up." ;D
