Subject: DSK Charges Still in Doubt..

CNN reports that the authorities have not yet decided whether or not to drop charges against French politician Dominique Strauss-Khan.

The credibility of his accuser has been more or less shredded and it is appearing that their interlude was a consensual thing.
After his house arrest was lifted, DSK went out on the town with his wife. It appears that she has no problem with that nasty stain on the chambermaid's outfit. ;D

Some chick in France is now going to file attempted rape charges against DSK. :-[
Actually this isn't the first time DSK has been accused of this type of behavior. Granted this time it looks shady, but on the other hand he has been accused before multiple times. He may have gotten off, but that doesn't make him innocent.

Zealous parties tried and convicted Strauss-Khan in their own minds as soon as the story broke. Fat rich Frenchman, African maid...people are going to react by stereotype. It is important DSK gets a fair and thorough trial. The "source" denies appearance of a set-up. I doubt the outcome of this case will be highly consequential.
