IMO, One of the best Secretaries of State we ever had. I wish Clinton or someone would've brought him out of retirement at some point.

Clinton used Kissinger behind the scenes for most of his presidency, just as he did with Nixxon for the first couple a years before Nixxon bit it.

I don't see why we need to stand by and watch a country go communist due to the irresponsibility of its people. The issues are much too important for the Chilean voters to be left to decide for themselves.

People said a lot of things about Kissinger, but nobody ever said that he was dumb. Besides, he could unhook a bra faster than Bill. Clinton respected that!
