Subject: Pennsylvania Needs More Felons in Government Jobs

Not content to be seen as one of the most corrupt states in the nation already, Pennsylvania politicians are promoting and enacting laws to make it easier for convicted felons to gain government work.

Mayor Luke Ravenstahl is expected to veto this legislation if it hits his desk...

Everyone needs a second chance in life.
I sure as sh*t could use one...but I'm not a felon. How about I bust into your house and steal your stuff, then when I get out in 3-5, LB can vouch for me for a city job as an act of magnanimity. If I'm in the house of corrections does that count towards PA residency?
