Wm. Henry Davies.
(Wm. Henry Davies (1871-1940) is to be considered as the poet of the tramps. According to Chambers, Davies came to America from Great Britain and lived the life of a vagabond. One day, as the result of jumping a train, he lost one of legs. Davies returned to England where he continued to live the life of a tramp and a pedlar. He wrote poetry (presumably he did right along) and, eventually, he determined to print his own book and did so with the little money he earned panhandling. A copy of this first work, A Soul's Destroyer, came into the hands of George Bernard Shaw; which, in turn, led to the popularization of the poet.
Did he write any other well-known poems?

Oh, but not just Turkey. I hardly had any Turkey in fact, we had a family gathering of about 40 people and everybody bought different dishes with them so there was in fact a veritable plethora of different food stuffs.

Dickmanns is the name of the most famous (German) brand.

O well - I'm still alive. I've tried to stay away from this board for a while (needed a break) but to no avail. ::)

I remember when my connection went down, and for the first week or so I was fine... but then I was trying everything I could to try and get back on! Eventually it got to the stage where I posted a message whilst on the school system (Which, if I had been caught, would have ended up me having my account taken off me), but then about a week later I got the net back on and I was fine :)

Run on sentences.
People just type one word after another after another sometimes not even using any punctuation and before they know it the entire subject changes like the band The Rolling Stones has changed over the years as they keep getting older and more boring and what's up with all this political stuff they're doing now like Green Day I mean seriously though why is Green Day even doing that because you know what I don't even know what Green Day is supposed to mean although I looked it up once on a slang site and it had something to do with getting high which I don't think is setting an example which reminds me that kids are just too snotty these days, with all these video games and expensive clothes talking back to their parents and the parents listen to them just like we have to listen to bands like The Rolling Stones with all this new political crap because they've gone in the same direction as Green Day which by the way seems to be an odd name for a band although I asked my friend and he said it had to do with getting high or something not that he ever gets high but he just knew and anyways I don't think we should have our children listening to a band whose name has to do with drugs like the drugs we're being cheated out of with Bush's new Medicare plan just like all the other plans that came out of the White House trying to screw us over like The Rolling Stones is screwing us over with crappy music like Green Day...

yeah, that was a great score. he did oodles of stuff, though. lost weekend, day the earth stood still (i think), taxi driver, dozens of others. i don't think he did many songs proper like danny elfman, though, so it's not really that good a comparison i guess.
