Yeah, I've heard it is basically the same as facebook, just a different interface. My friend Lisa asked me to sign up/join/whatever you do, but then I did facebook instead.

I hate for people to know what I'm doing every minute of the day. It's bad enough I carry a cell phone so people can bug me when ever they please. I like my privacy.

I swore I would never do the Tweet thing, but a friend of mine at work showed it to me today and all of the people that she follows and that follow her.
I cannot believe I'm saying this, but I signed up and am considering doing it. Not that I have much to say and I still think it's silly, but she was telling me that she twittered her parents from a really nice restaurant the other night and because they knew where she was, they had a bottle of wine sent to her table without even being there. It can pay off nicely!
