If I could modify it to only allow people to award only one karma over a 24 hour period, instead of once per person per 24 hour period.  I might do that.  That was how I thought it worked originally anyways.

Check the karma log now, and you will see it does indeed show the rankings.

I agree. I give karma to anyone that gives me a happy feeling for that particular day (whether it be a nice compliment, a caring post, a post that I agree with, someone making a good point, etc).

I figure that the karma thing is sort of a skewed statistic, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's bad, just that certain people congregate with each other and that forms a sense of community.  I rarely give out karma myself unless somebody makes a really awesome post.  If I get karma, it's all good...if not, no biggie, I know you guys still love me.

I doubt I have citizenship except self proclaimed, if that is what you mean, although I'd be welcomed since I have many relatives there in Pancevo and nearby. My mom grew up there and my sister was born in Austria.
