For our annual family reunion the theme this year is the 1970. I want to know what the clothing is called that is spandex and has the little thread looking string coming out(I call it the Tina Turner look) & where I can get it from. We are going to have a contest for best dressed and I want the prize. If anyone knows PLEASE HELP ME. If you have any other ideas for clothes please let me know.
