Can you please help me, I am going to an 80's dance in a few weeks and I don't have a clue what to wear. I have to get my dates outfit and mine. So, if you have any cute ideas of what to wear or where to get something to wear, then please tell me! I also would like to hear suggestions on how to do my hair and makeup. That would be Awesome! I think the easiest thing to do would be to rent a copy of the movie "The Wedding Singer". I think that they have a pretty accurate portrayal of the clothing. I love the boyfriend character that dresses like Don Johnson in Miami Vice and carries that HUGE cell phone. Also, maybe rent "Valley Girls". If all else fails, check on VH1 as they're bound to be running a repeat of "I love the 80's".
