this is a song that I don't know why I never knew the name but sometimes I catch it up on the radio and I saw the video once on vh1...
it has something to do with a train, the lyrics I mean.
they show photos of missing girls&boys in the video and there's this part where a baby is being stolen and the mom runs after the car but can catch it. its kind of a sad song (well atleast to me its sad.) thanks in advance.

It's called Runaway Train, and the particular video you are thinking of is probably the one by Soul Asylum.
