does anyone rember the little dragon scorch? he was aired in 1992 on cbs right before The fish Police -- it was about puppet like dragon who had fallen asleep for 100 years and when he woke up everything was gone -- he befriends a wheatherman and his daughter and goes to live with them -- he then pretends to be a dummy and Brian ( the wheatherman) uses him on his newscast as a vantriliquest act.
