it was an old children bible casset tape that I use to have my dad recalls it was
called goppa // agoppaopolis // or something similar to that.

It was about a boy named Rodney finding his way through "goppa"
learning about god, love, hate and all these religious things. there was a main
girl, these twins, (im sure there was a dog) and like a judge. the judge was the simi-bad guy
or something. Its really hard to explain and sounds rather silly,
but I use to love that casset tape to death. anyone knows what it really was called?

Are you possibly thinking of Music Machine? The kids are Stevie and Nancy. There was a conductor that leads them through Agape Land. Music Machine is available on ebay.
