:DI don't know ,but i rewmember it from 30 years ago when i was a kid.The guy's name is Timer,and he would say Time for Timer.they also had the most imoportant person segments or shorts.Try looking under those names.Cheers! 8)

Actually he would say time out for Timer and I saw that little cartoon run on VH1 I love that 80' just last week even tho I say I saw that cartoon when I was a kid in the seventies perheps you could contact VH1
