Subject: 2 toys from late 80's/'90

??? ???If anyone can assist me in getting the names of these 2 toys that would be most excellent. Here is a brief description of one that was probably made between '87 and '90 - gremlin looking creatures that were packaged behind plastic bars and could sort of be used as "puppets" by inserting your hand in them. They had arms but no legs, and some may have had tail-like ends. Texture of skin was sort of a coarse (yet somehow slimey) rubber material. Here is the second toy which was most likely made in '90 - Various figures on skateboards (or at least on 4 tiny wheels) that came in packs of 4. About an inch high to my memory. I even remember one of them was named "Wedgie Son" (yes I have searched for the name, it was a sumo wrestler character.) Only other one I remember was a skeleton character. There were probably 12 to 20 different sets of these made (sorry, quite difficult to recall.) The packages they came in all had cheap cut out "ramps" and possibly other obstacles on the back. These were nothing like those lame tech decks. They were definitely made '90-91 period and were much more interesting. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS

Boglins were the puppet creatures. They were made by Mattel.
