I saw a posting from 8/26/2 from Adambomb on this topic.  I too remember the tinkle toy from decades back.  I saw one once in a urinal about 20 or 30 years ago, used it and was pleased with how it increased my accuracy and interest in the topic at hand.  I have been looking for this colorful object made of rubber spinners etc. but have not ever seen one again.  

Are they still made somewhere?  The internet found only the posting I noted above.
