I DESPRATELY NEED A PAIR OF BLACK OR WHITE TIE AROUND BOW VANS SLIPONS SIZE 8 OR 8-1/2, (MENS 7, 7-1/2)CHICKS SIZE FOR MY COUSINS BIRTHDAY, SHE HAD A PAIR IN THE LATE 80'S AND SHES BEEN LOOKING FOREVER FOR A PAIR, THANKS ALOT PEOPLE

Are you talking about the Van's Low-top lace-ups?  You may try at their website, www.vans.com.  

They still have the "Classics" in black and white.  Their retail stores in California still carry them (bought a black pair this summer).
