Subject: Wanted - women's shoes -Help!

Help - I'm looking for a pair of shoes from Payless Shoesource that was sold in the late 80's into the early 90's. It was just a pair of flats (closed toe, heel only about 1/2" or so) that had a v-shaped notch on the top near the toes, also called toe cleavage by some. They were very popular and came in just about all colors. Kind of like these:

They were sold around about 1994 to 1995, I need them in a 11, 11w, 12 or 12w. I will pay a finders fee plus the cost of the shoe and shipping. Thanks
