ok that last one was pretty easy, lets try this one... :)
One toy i was extremely fond of in the early 80's is a little harder to explain. It was a superhero comic-drawing tool of sorts, You placed three different templates in a tray, one for the head, one for the torso, and one for the legs. they were different colors, the head piece was yellow, the torso was orange, and i don't remember what color the legs were. they had "raised" images of super heroes or super vilians on either side and you could make whatever crazy looking character you could think of. Once the pieces were in the tray, you put in a piece of paper, then closed a frame around it. You then took a black crayon and made a rubbing of the character. I think there was one of these made for Barbie, too, but i'd love to find the one made for the superheros.

That would be:
Might Men & Monster Maker.
Most of the plates had superhero face/torso/legs on one side, and monster/alien on the other, with a few that had textures (scales, bumps, hair, etc).
I had one as a kid, my in-laws still have one that belonged to my wife's older brothers. Not for sale, however. MY kids (& their cousins) still use it! And if it should ever be in danger of the dreaded "donation box", it's coming home with ME!! ;D
I know the Barbie version was still being made a few years ago. I saw it at work (Toys R Us) and got excited remembering mine (Might Men..., not Barbie! >:( ). Then, to actually see & then USE one a while later at my then-girlfriend's house. Too cool! :D
Anywho, that's what it was called back then. Good luck. Hope you find one. If not, you can come over and watch me use ours! ;D
