I need to know if anyone still sells the hand held electronic games (not Gameboy) such as baseball, football, slot machines or poker. I also have a poker game that I need to sell. :)

I don't know, and I don't know about Colico either.

I know I tried to order a Tiger Electronics hand-held the other day, but they hadn't got any. Whether they'd run out, or they're just not manufacturing any more, I don't know... as for Colico, I'm sure I've heard the name recently somewhere. Unless they were talking about something else...

I've got a couple of Gameboy forerunners stashed in a drawer somewhere.
Manhole, Parachute, Octopus, Donkey Kong...

There seem to have been thousands of versions of Donkey Kong - I've got about 7, one of which was made very early, and the latest, Donkey Kong Country for the GBColor - 12th best out of the 15 best games of last year.

I remember having the Coleco Tabletop versions of Pac-Man, Frogger, Galaxian, Donkey Kong and Ms. Pac-Man. Do I ever wish I still had those things. I've looked them up on eBay, and they're going for about $50 to $100 dollars now...

??? So here's a somewhat related question... I had DOZENS of NON-electronic hand-held games in the 80's... can anyone tell me what the brand name was or whether they still make em? They were about 1/2" thick and maybe 3"x5" on the face... and they didn't have batteries, they had a spring mechanism which "wound" them, usually operated by a simple slider. There was a car racing game, where you turned a little dial and the little plastic car moved left or right, and the "winding" mechanism made the background go past on an endless loop. There were little plastic obstacles on it. There was a maze game, where you slid the one control to start the timer, then had to move the little BB around before the dinger went off. Your "score" was written at each corner in teh maze, so whereever you were when the dinger went off that's your score. And the coup de gras... It was called "the Kissing Game". The face had two bodies painted on it, a boy and a girl, and there were two wheels, each with faces (crying, kissing, smiling, angry, flirty). You pulled slider to set the wheels spinning, then hit a button to stop them. I think the point was just to see whether you could get them to kiss or not; my friends and used it like a fortune-teller.
Any input or links would be appreciated... I've pretty much exhausted my usual search capabilities... and of course "the kissing game" gets all kinda hits I can't even discuss in public. ;D
Thanks!

Mattel has reissued the classic Electronic Football and Electronic Baseball. Toys R Us has them, and I'm sure nearly every WalMart, KMart, Target, etc does too.
These are the simple "red dot" games of the late 70s/early 80s. The football has one bright dot (ball carrier) and 3 or 4 dim dots (defense). I think they're around $12.
I just recently got the baseball myself. Had to replace the one that I left on a plane back in 85/86 while flying to Ohio. Changed planes in Chicago or somewhere and 10 minutes into the flight, I realized that my game was in the seat back on that other plane. :o Bummer summer. :'(
Great to have again! ;D
