So my office is next to the coaches shower/locker room, and about a month ago I said "screw it" and started going in there to use the facilities.  I used to have to go upstairs to the bathroom, but there is hardly ever anyone in the bathroom next to me, and I got so sick of walking upstairs when there is literally a door to the bathroom in my office.  I just thought "if I have to sit by it, I'm going to use it."

Anyway, I always knock and make sure there isn't anyone in there, and if there isn't I just go on in.  There's a stall, so if I'm in there and someone walks in, I just say "I'm in here!"  And all the coaches know me and know I use it so it's no biggie.

So just now I was in there washing my hands and some guy walked in and he was undoing his pants.  And he saw me standing there, and he kept undoing his pants.  And I kind of panicked and sort of yelled "HI!"  And he just sort of looked at me, and then we both looked down at his open pants.

I didn't see anything...(dammit) but I said "I guess you didn't know I use this room huh?"  And he said "I'm so sorry...it took me a minute to realize what was happening." 

Pretty hilarious, but also totally awkward.

I was once in Borders... the one I frequent regularly- and had an uh oh moment!  I ran to the bathroom not my first time in this borders bathroom- and I thought wow it stinks in here... and when did they put in urinals?  but I had to go so I go in the stall (I was alone but imagine my surprise when I saw a man's feet come into the room and enter the stall next to me... fortunately I was finished I flushed, washed my hands and ran out before anyone saw me... Coincidentally, I was in theater yesterday evening to see the Dutch adaptation of Extremities. I didn't really know what to expect but I wasn't very impressed.
Somehow the lead actress failed to transpose her feelings (of fear) to the audience. Well, come to think of it: none of the actresses, nor the actor, were very convincing. Maybe it's because it was an adaptation (I assume adaptations HAD to be made to put it in a Dutch setting) and dialogues had to be rewritten. To be honest, it was cringeworthy at times. Especially when the plot thickens and the assailant holds his monologue. That must be the worst part of the play. What? Did Mastrosimone run out of ideas? Couldn't he really have come up with a better ending?
