It was on CBS maybe 7 eps about two seasons ago.  D, E and F list celebs get the most basic training you can imagine then they ride around with a real cop in Muncie IN.  They make arrests and pat dudes down (Latoya was "ALL" hands  ;D  it was really wrong but oddly satisfying...the series not latoya patting that dude down.

Jack Osborne - he actually took it very seriously and given another lifestyle he might have grown up to be a cop.
Wee Man from JackAss- he was chasing some chick who had shoplifted and she just kept ignoring him because (she didn't think he was a real cop - just security) to be fair wee man is all of 3'8" or 4'2" so I don't really blame her

Latoya was just ridiculous...first of all look at her. If you didn't know she was a Jackson, and had a ton of plastic surgery she could probably pass as a meth addict (after she toned down the make up)

Erik Estrada kept getting "Dude I'm being arrested by Ponch!"  ;D  I felt bad tho (not that it stopped me from cracking up)  because he was trying to take the role seriously and trying to be taken seriously and it just wasn't happening.
