Ok I smite Pathmark and the stupid people they have over there.One of the cart guys who's supposed to start at 2pm is there with his vest on and it's 930am and my shift starts at 10 but his shift doesn't start for another 4-5 hours and he has vest on,walking in and out of the aisles,then the manager Liz comes up to him and tells him you start at 2 you can't walk up and down the aisles.So if he's bored,do something else,you might scare the customers.There can't be 2 cart guys on 1 shift unless it's snowing or raining real hard.I remember when it was payday,his day off and one time and he's there at 9am waiting for his check up until 12pm.

I won't knock Cali 'cuz you're right.  If I had the money I'd considering moving to SoCal...my brother lives in San Diego and I visit every chance I get and enjoy the weather there. :)

I don't know if I've done this yet...but I smite rundown ice cream trucks that drive through the neighborhood every day, that play annoying melodies. I think Ann was talking about making fun/complaining about the handicapped earlier in the thread.  I think she is frustrated that you say things that offend, apologize when called upon it, then do something else that offends and forget why things are offensive.  Sometimes it's not enough to apologize, it's trying to get you to really think about what you say/type BEFORE you type it, realize "hey this is probably offensive" then NOT post it just because you have to post something.  I don't know if you will even understand what I'm trying to tell you, but it's worth a shot anyway.

You don't always have to post the first thing that comes to mind.  I don't think you mean to be prejudiced, but it gets tiring to explain why things are offensive.  You are an adult, you should use better judgement.

That's fine...but who defines what is offensive to whom?  :-\\  I get a little tired of people being offended by words on a screen... every bleeding heart jumps on the band wagon and then I believe 'reverse bullying' occurs, which is often worse than original transgression.

Thanks.  I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but this is an every day occurance on the bus for the after school program.  One child in particular who will be named.  I think what made me mad the most was that she was bawling when she got off the bus and the damn driver didn't do a thing.  I was right there and saw him just drive off.

I guess the problem is two-fold.  I agree the driver should have stopped the bus and sorted things out.  Although I've found some drivers take no nonsense and others don't give a flip what goes on.

I don't know.  We had to bullying problem in fourth grade and the principal of that school was all talk, nothing ever got done.  I sent a note to the after school teacher and said I would be picking her up from now on and explained why.  If transportation can't do anything, I will talk to the principal.  Since it is happening on the bus, I need to start with transportation.  Thankfully this girl is only on the bus after play practice.  This girl isn't on her regular route and the driver doesn't put up with this type of crap.

He offered to rearange to times that suited us, asked what our schedules were etc.  Yesterday offered Friday 3.30 to 4.30, then sent another e-mail saying no he really mean 4.30 to 5.30.  Today another e-mail saying no he really meant 3.00 to 4.00 some days, 3.30 to 4.30 other times and maybe 4.30 to 5.30 once or twice (including new year's day!)  what a tool! >:(
