They were the days, lol. Wrestling had loads of crazy characters back then and it was watching 'Machoman' Randy Savage vs Ricky Steamboat at Wrestlemania III that got me hooked on wrestling - a brilliant match. 

Andre the Giant was a funny case because he was very ill through most of his peak success years (1987 - 1988). By the time he finished, at Wrestlemania VI, he was so unfit to wrestle that in his tag team title match paired with Haku (known as the 'Collossal Connection') he spent most of the time on the ring apron while Haku spent the whole match fighting Demolition single-handed.

And he beat Hulk Hogan almost 18 years ago.
